How do Pizza Fridays work? On the specified Fridays, if you've ordered pizza for your child, you don't have to send a lunch. It's optional to send side dishes or different toppings your child likes. We always order plain cheese. Each pizza is a large Domino's pizza cut into 6 slices each. When it arrives, the Advanced Elementary delivers the appropriate number of slices to each of the other classrooms. All profit from pizza days goes towards outdoor equipment, and this year helped towards our new playgrounds. (Advanced Elementary is scheduled to receive theirs during Winter break.)
