Online Training

Below you will find the instructions and links to access each of the required online training courses. To find out which courses are due for you, contact Brie in the Office.

Notes:

CPR Training is held at Concordia every 2 years. 8/16/24 is our next scheduled CPR training day on campus, with a start time of 8am. The price will be $100, due that day, and paid by each participating employee. The school will pay you for the time spent during the training.

Online training is best completed on a computer when possible. The courses may not all work on mobile devices.

Mandated Reporter - General

One Time Course

1) Go to https://mandatedreporterca.com/

2) Either sign-in with your existing username & password or create an account

3) Once you're logged in, there should be two tabs in the middle left of the screen.

4) Click on the tab for "Child Care Setting" It will prompt you to take the General training. IMPORTANT: Do not enter through the "general" training tab. If you do, for some reason it won't register that you've taken it when you try to do the Child Care Setting training.

5) Follow the on-screen directions to complete the course, and then either print your certificate or email it to the Office at 2Learn@theconcordiaschool.com

If it's been awhile since you've done the 1-time General course, they may make you re-do it completely. The person I spoke with at Licensing said it takes a lot less time than it says on the website. Mandated Reporter - Child Care Providers

Every 2 Years

Note: (7/20/23) The Mandated Reporter training site has been overhauled and they've redone both courses. If it's been awhile since you've done the 1-time General course, they may make you re-do it completely. The person I spoke with at Licensing said it takes a lot less time than it says on the website. 1) Go to https://mandatedreporterca.com/

2) Either sign-in with your existing username & password or create an account

5) Follow the on-screen directions to complete the course, and then either print your certificate or email it to the Office at 2Learn@theconcordiaschool.com

Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

Every Year

1) Go to https://online2.cce.csus.edu/dpr/login/index.php

2) Either sign-in with your existing username & password or create an account. It may ask you to update your profile.

3) Once you're done logging in, click on "Dashboard" in the upper left hand corner.

4) Under available courses, click on the green rectangle that says "Basic IPM for Classroom & Office Environments"

5) Click on the link of the same name, under the heading of the same name.

6) scroll down and click on the blue button that says "Enroll Me"

7) Follow directions to complete the course

8) Print or Email Certificate to 2learn@theconcordiaschool.com.
