Online Training

Below you will find the instructions and links to access each of the required online training courses. To find out which courses are due for you, contact Brie in the Office.

Notes:

CPR Training is held at Concordia every 2 years. Our next on-campus training will be August 12th, 2026. The start time will be 9am. The price will be $110, due that day, and paid by each participating employee. The school will pay you for the time spent during the training. Brie will let you know if you need it.

Online training is best completed on a computer when possible. The courses may not all work on mobile devices.

If you're not completing the training during your scheduled hours, please log the time spent completing them and give that information to the Office so you can get paid for it.

ONCE:

Mandated Reporter - General

One Time Course - Free

1) Go to https://mandatedreporterca.com/

2) Either sign-in with your existing username & password or create an account

3) Once you're logged in, there should be two tabs in the middle left of the screen.

4) Click on the tab for "Child Care Setting" It will prompt you to take the General training. IMPORTANT: Do not enter through the "general" training tab. If you do, for some reason it won't register that you've taken it when you try to do the Child Care Setting training.

5) Follow the on-screen directions to complete the course, and then either print your certificate or email it to the Office at 2Learn@theconcordiaschool.com

Every Year:

Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

Every Year - Free

1) NEW 2026 - They have moved to a new site. Go to https://hsatraining.oelctod.org/login/index.php (Thank you to Neysa for the heads up!)

2) You will need to create a new username and password in 2026 because they have moved to a new site.

3) Once you're done logging in, click on "Dashboard" in the upper left hand corner.

4) Under available courses, click on the green rectangle that says "Basic IPM for Classroom & Office Environments"

5) Click on the link of the same name, under the heading of the same name.

6) scroll down and click on the blue button that says "Enroll Me"

7) Follow directions to complete the course

8) Print or Email Certificate to 2learn@theconcordiaschool.com.

Every 2 Years:

Harassment Prevention

Every 2 Years - $21.99-$34.99 / Reimbursed by the School

NEW 2026

1) Currently not ready - Brie will email people when it's working. (8/4/26)

3) Print a receipt of your purchase to give to the office with your certificate so you can be reimbursed for the cost.

Mandated Reporter - Child Care Providers

Every 2 Years - Free

Note: (7/20/23) The Mandated Reporter training site has been overhauled and they've redone both courses. If it's been awhile since you've done the 1-time General course, they may make you re-do it completely. The person I spoke with at Licensing said it takes a lot less time than it says on the website. Every 2 Years - Fee Paid by Employee, School Pays for Time Spent

1) Either sign-up for the on-campus training every 2 years or seek training elsewhere if you need to renew before that. See information at the top of the page.

Every Year - $19.99 / Reimbursed by the School
